Helpful, Friendly and Accomodating|Recommended: YesI’ve lived at Parc for 2 years and I have loved living here The grounds are beautiful and there is a ton of free space to walk and play. The office staff and managers are so accommodating and always answer my questions or concerns in a thorough way. Great place to live

Parc has high Quality apartments and excellent staff|Recommended: YesLiving at Parc is a wonderful experience. The administrative staff and maintenance crew go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome and supported. The minor problems that have come up in my apartment were fixed the very same day. The maintenance crew, Jose and Leo, always ask if there’s anything else they can do for me while they’re here. June and the administrative staff treat me as if I’m the only tenant in the complex. I cannot speak highly enough about how much they make you feel at home. On top of all that, they regularly host pizza parties, barbecues, Halloween parties for the kids, and Christmas parties. Children and pets are definitely welcomed here.The grounds are beautiful and the pool and clubhouse are gorgeous. The train to Boston is just a short distance away, so it is an easy commute. Parc is honestly a wonderful place to live

Great first place |Recommended: YesParc Westborough was my first place in the US and the experience was incredible. I like the following things about the place
1.. The unit is luxurious and very clean.
2. It has ample storage available.
3. Security is great.
4. It's on the highway which makes it accessible to various places.
5. in-unit laundry is a blessing.
The only complain I have is that we could hear our neighbors even walk upstairs . Nonetheless, I would strongly recommend this place.

Great community |Recommended: YesI love this community it is beautiful inside and out the staff is always there when you need them. Maintenance is very hands on and they get the work done . It's right by everything you can need , Walmart , target restaurants great place
