|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live. — Great place to live, Iva was a pleasure to work with and works hard to know residents by name which makes you feel welcomed. The only downfalls were The upstairs neighbors were VERY loud. You could hear every footstep and drum session at 9 30pm. The trash room is also used as an exit and entrance to the building and the door slams constantly. The trash emptying is also a very loud and lengthy process that needs to be reevaluated.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — Parc Westborough has been amazing to live at so far. We moved in last May and have loved every moment of it from the location to the actual property itself. There is always parking and I have never heard our neighbors or their dogs. Everything is well maintained and everyone is so positive. We have had minimal maintenance requests because everything is so well maintained and doesn't break. Every day you go into the office, we have been greeted by positive and welcoming staff who are always there with a smile, just to chat, and are knowledgeable. This is a great place for our dogs. There are parks nearby for them to run in and there are many dogs within the complex that they get along with and can greet. We just love it so much.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community For Kids — Having the playground centered on the community-made us not to fear for our kids. we can see them playing on the playground and watch them from our balcony. The community in general clean and the management office along with maintenance team are very responsive to our requests. We are glad that we moved here.
